Mr. Cary was born and raised in Kentucky where he attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Kentucky Wesleyan College with an emphasis in Pre-Law.

In 2006, Mr. Cary accepted an invitation to attend Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida where he received his Juris Doctor in 2009.

Practicing law for over 14 years, Mr. Cary has had the privilege of represented his Clients in many areas of law including but not limited to Complex Commercial/Residential Contracts, Commercial Business, Landlord/Tenant, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Probate, Personal Injury, Real Property Claims, and General Litigation.

Mr. Cary has also had the privilege of servicing as General Counsel and In-House for multiple companies over his 14 years of practicing law.

In his free time, Mr. Cary enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
