Victoria was born and raised in Southern Indiana where she also attended Indiana University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management. While in undergrad, Victoria worked as a barn manager and trail guide leading tourists and locals on hour-long horseback rides through the valley. Thereafter, Victoria moved to Orlando to attend Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2023.
In law school, Victoria was very active in the Legal Research & Writing Department serving as both a Teaching Assistant and Dean's Writing Fellow. Victoria was also a member of the school's Moot Court team, earning "Newcomer of the Year" in her first year and serving on the team's executive board in her final year of law school.

Victoria joined Serrano Cagan & Cagan as a Legal Assistant in 2022 and was promoted to Associate Attorney upon passing the bar in 2024.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys concerts, working out, and spending time with her chunky Basset Hound named Merle.

EDUCATION & COURT ADMISSIONS

Victoria graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management.
Upon graduating from undergrad, Victoria attended Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. She graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2023.

Victoria is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
