Frank Serrano was born in Winter Park, FL. Frank graduated from Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida.

After graduating from law school, Frank joined the Orlando Public Defender's office and represented indigent criminal defendants.

After leaving the Public Defender's office, Frank worked for two of the largest Property Damage Plaintiff firms in the state of Florida before deciding

he would open his own law firm.

Frank loves helping homeowners and business recover insurance benefits from large insurance companies that are refusing to pay their fair share of claim benefits.

In his free time, Frank spends time with his family and attending Gator football games.

EDUCATION & COURT ADMISSIONS

Frank graduated from University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts

in Political Science and a Minor in Family, Youth and Community Sciences cum laude.

Upon graduation, Frank attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida and graduated in 2011.

Frank is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the Middle District of Florida's Federal Court.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

Frank was a board member for the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and a member of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Frank has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019-2021.

FAMILY

Frank is married to his wife Holly. Together they have three children and a beloved family dog.
